Position: Gauteng Sales Rep Department: Sales Location: Gauteng Start Date: ASAP About thisick opportunity In recent years the craft beer market has exploded all over the world, with its popularity still growing by 20% per annum in the USA and by over 50% per annum in South Africa. So it’s a pretty smart opportunity for someone with the right attitude. They might be rather chilled but Graeme and Andre are dead serious about their craft beer, and work like maniacs to always deliver a kiff product and super kiff service. You’ll be working in an exciting, high-pressure environment, but having plenty of fun. Being the Gauteng Sales Rep means that you get the awesome opportunity to grow the Gauteng PCB footprint, and show Gautengers why Durban born craft beer is the only craft beer worth drinking. at you need to have • Sales experience • Ideally a post matric qualification in Sales and experience in Sales in a FMCG environment • Experience in either (or both) the hospitality and FMCG industry • Experience in the Beer or Alcohol industry is a major advantage • A valid Code 8 drivers license • Computing skills including Excel, Powerpoint and Word • Engagement in Social Media Platforms • Great presentation and articulation skills • Be able to get on well with people and build relationships • A go-getting, ambitious personality • A love for craft beer • A knowledge of Durban’s surf, art, music and jolling cultures at you need to do • Report to the National Sales Manager • Identify, coordinate and run events • Build up PCB sales volume and market share • Meet pre-determined sales and market share targets • Make sure PCB gets the best cold and ambient space • Grow the national footprint of PCB in both Off and On consumption areas • Service PCB outlets: - Build rock solid business relationships - Call customers regularly - Have regular account reviews - Provide any merchandising support - Take care of any customer and consumer complaints or queries - Make sure all our products live up to our high quality standards - Sort out all the sales administration - Do daily/weekly reports - Manage any B.T.L. placements - Make sure your customers love you Please send your CV (with some kiff references) to: [email protected].
