Read Access Timing

Double Sensing: A Novel DFT Circuit to Reduce Test Time

• In order to reduce test time, double sensing is used to detect Deceptive Read Destructive Fault in one cycle

• The content of the cell flips after the WL is activated.

• No time left to detect the flipping since the WL is disabled soon after that.

• The WL can be extended so as for the flipping to show itself on bitlines

• Another parallel sense-amp is fired at the time the WL is dis-activated.
