Congratulations to both Jack Graham and Tamas Palasthy on earning their bronze medallions in March. To earn a bronze medallion in our Committed to Excellence Program you need to be training for 3 years. !Congratulations to all other members who have been training for a full year or more within the dojo. It takes a very special person to firstly commit to long term study ( 1 year or more) of martial arts training and then to go on and continue to turn up no matter what challenges they are facing in their journey. !Well done everyone and thank you for inspiring us every day.

Throughout the year we’ll publish names to recognise all students achieving 8 lessons or more in one calendar month. To do well in martial arts one of the primary elements is to turn up consistently every week no matter where you are at in your journey. !You may find yourself feeling great, feeling low, or

just not feeling as though you are progressing. As much as possible, just do your best to turn up and keep moving forward (breathe and be patient). Just by taking actions you’ll soon find yourself in a better position. Remember everything is temporary if you choose to keep moving. It is only when you stop investing your time and effort into something that progress is inhibited in your journey. !Congratulations to the following members achieving 8 lessons or more in March. !William Buckland 8, Tracey Eley 8, Johan Frank 8, Rod Jones 8, Jai Kitson 8, Nicholas Larkin 8, Ema Shelley 8, Anthony Williams 8, Jacob Rein 8, Sam Phillips 9, Jackson Burgess 9, Keiko Kabasawa 9, Leona Ryan 9, Sienna Smith 9, Luc Jones 9, Jonathan Schulze 10, George Britchford 10, Bret Buckland 10, Adam Laidlaw 10, Dylan McKeown 10, Helen O'Grady 10, Kamryn Stray 10, Matai Doughty 11, Sharyn Vidler 11, Jonah Dixon 12, Nicholas MacDonald 12, Paul Murray 12, Jim Moehead 12, Renae Saunders 12, Sam Hunt 13, Debbie Woodhouse 13, Selina Strazzari 14, Tiahni Eley 14, Jodie Marriott 14, Kiri Whittle 14, Abbie Chapman 15, Jake Herden 15, David Strazzari 16, Bailey Keefe 16, Chanda Dunn 16, Saria Chapman 17, Luke Marriott 17, Justin Otto 17, Nathan Eley 19, Savannah Perdikis 20. !
