Self-leveling manhole covers from HYDROTEC HYDROTEC Technologies first launched their self-leveling manhole covers over 10 years ago. Since then, these covers have been installed in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, and Denmark. Last year HYDROTEC distributed approximately 80,000 self-leveling manhole covers throughout Europe. This extensive experience and distribution network makes HYDROTEC one of the industry leaders in self-leveling manhole covers. The benefits of self-leveling manhole covers and frames have long been established. The design allows the cover to float on the road surface and adjust itself to the level of the road as necessary. It also allows the cover to be removed and replaced if the road is re-surfaced; saving time and a considerable amount of money. HYDROTEC offers two main types of self-leveling manholes, the ECON SN and the SCANDIC.
