By this paper when HR is precise, people would be fulfilled and society, stable; especially that the value creation paradigm on which the precision model is based, is founded on scriptures that demonstrate the natural order, N-O.

Self Fulfilment

By

Peter Anyebe

Two, 2 imageries are employed here, to fully describe the progress of the development of

humans. This is because humans are distinctly of two, 2 kinds. Firstly, like the fly or

butterfly, for the natural man, there are three, 3 stages of development:

At conception, the embryo is likened to the egg of the fly or butterfly

The baby at birth is also likened to the maggot or caterpillar of the fly

or butterfly respectively

Maturation for the adult human is like the transition from maggot and

caterpillar into full fledged fly or butterfly respectively.

The maturation stage for humans, like the fly or butterfly, also requires some form of

isolation, withdrawal, or hibernation. This enables people to develop into the unique persons

that they are.

The second imagery distinguishes between the natural and the spiritual man. Even when

chickens and eagles are hatched together, for whatever reason, it is only a matter of time for

them to go their separate ways. While the chicken remains grounded, the eagle sours.

Bottom line however, both are able to fly, like the fly or butterfly. Moreover, because of the

clear difference between grounded flying and souring, the eagle must undergo a more

intense maturation process. This is how far the analogies go. Thus, unlike the eagle and the

chicken, the natural man can translate into the spiritual man. And the process is clearly

known, albeit the misconception by several people. This creates the need for the extended

maturation process.

In general however, humans are souls. And the soul is actually an energy system,

accumulated according to the experiences that the person has had; from birth to date, and

ultimately death. It is this energy that is used for work, according to the competencies or

skills that have been acquired, as part of the experiences. Then, the performance at task

would approximate specifications, to the extent of the appropriateness of the skills and

competences. In this case, skill is when tasks are performed by the standard procedure. The

standard procedure is derived from the natural order, N-O. And the N-O is a series that

comprises the essential components of phenomena. This describes the maturation process as

the acquisition of the capacity to perform at task by the standard procedure. It involves the

shift from the preoccupation with appearances, to the perception of essentials. Then maturity

would be evident in the quality of soul.

The soul is the product of the mind. It is in the mind that the transformation from the

preoccupation with appearances to the perception of essentials is achieved. This is according

to the effort that people are willing to make in the learning process. For essentials to be

perceived, the appropriate effort must be made. It is this effort that translates into the energy

system that is the soul. Then the quality of soul would at once define the accomplishment

of fulfilment.

When a person is fulfilled, in a society where reward is determined by the performance at

task by the standard procedure, then the four, 4 lower items of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs

are attained automatically. Targeted ROI would derive from abilities, evaluated on the

value creation model with the factor-C as input. And reward, including pay and other

allowances, would derive from the measure of Nu, the number of essentials that a person is

able to identify. This measure is actually an evaluation of need, as the distance from

fulfilment.

This paper is aimed to demonstrate the following two, 2 assertions:

That, given Maslow’s highest need for self fulfilment, the attainment of the lower

others for actualisation, love, security, and other physiological needs would be

assured, to create a well ordered society

And that self fulfillment derives from the capacity to reduce phenomena into their

essentials; involving the shift from the preoccupation with appearances, to the

perception of essentials

The demonstration of the second, 2nd

assertion is however accomplished in two, 2 other

presentations, referenced on the following links:

These presentations were made at the Gboko Church of Christ Annual Youth Seminar for

2011. In the thematic analysis, the success of the seminar was predicted on the basis of the

choice of sub-themes; that reduce the main theme into the essentials, to describe it. And in

the second, 2nd

presentation, success in business is predicted by the capacity to reduce

phenomena into their essentials, as evidence of the ability to reconstruct meaning or

significance of phenomena. Meaning and significance involve the following:

Definition of purpose

Description of the process for the fulfillment of the purpose

For instance the meaning of salvation would be fully expressed in the series below:

By this series the purpose of salvation is fulfilled in meeting Jesus, who is the express image

of God; manifesting God’s Glory, within the limits of the other three, 3 items:

The least that can happen when a person meets Jesus would be conviction; as a

result of being compared with the standard and coming short of the glory.

Then forgiveness is offered, to provide the opportunity to recoup the observed

defilement.

Ultimately people are judged, to evaluate how well this has been done, in the extent

to which the observed deviance has been corrected.

Jesus is presented as an embodiment of the natural order, N-O. He manifests God’s Glory in

the way he uses his mind. Self fulfillment is therefore demonstrably linked to the biblical

concept of the new covenant. This is predicated on the observation that the scriptures do not

merely reflect, but demonstrate the natural order, N-O. As exemplified on the above series.

Organizing society on the basis of these principles would therefore minimize chaos and

disorder, to the limits of the entropy contributed because of the second, 2nd

law of

thermodynamics. The entropy, F contributed by individuals would have been controlled by

the maturation process.
