Early Results: Customer BehaviourA stable, loyal customer base, who are quite happy

• Re-use: about 70% (2 out of 3) are frequent customers and use the app regularly.

• Active user base remains stable at SPAR (4 Test Stores).

• Basket size is equivalent to regular basket size. No significant differences.

• High NPS (Net Promotor Score) of 32% (55% in best store)

• Target: 5% of turnover. Currently achieving 4%.
