• For FY14, report on FFY11(SY 2011-2012) APR Performance
• You do not have to report if your targets were met or not met, or if there was any progress or slippage for Indicators 2, 3A, 3C, or 6. However, you will be required to report your actual percentage and activities.

• What are self assessments?
In relation to the SPP/APR, they are the ability of a school district to observe, analyze, and judge their performance on the basis of criteria.

• Why do we ask for self assessments?
To encourage an interactive dialogue between the school districts and MDE. Simply put, we want to find out what you are doing to meet your targets and if you are not meeting your targets, what we can do to assist.

• Why are the self assessments important?
- The funds that are allocated to your district should correlate with your activities. Make sure you are implementing appropriate activities so your district can receive accordingly and meet targets.

- Your application should reflect activities from your self assessment. Funds should be utilized in areas that show a need for improvement on your self assessment
