Please submit supporting documentation, which may include: Date of entry stamp on your passport or I-94 form, or a letter from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) indicating the date you entered the U.S. Or, if you are here on a valid visa and are at least 18 but less than 26 years old, your student visa form (I-20), a letter from school indicating full-time attendance, or other valid U.S. passport stamped with the expiration date. (Dates must be from entry until age 26). (**If you check this box, please go to Bronco Express or make an appointment with a Financial Services Specialist.
