• German Producer Price Inflation remained unchanged at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 0.0%, from -0.1% in the preceding month.

Analysts had expected German Producer Price Inflation to rise 0.1% last month.

• The Confederation of British Industry said its index of industrial order expectations rose by 3.0 points to a reading of 6.0 this month from

February’s reading of 3.0. Analysts had expected the index to improve by 2.0 points to 6.0 in March.

• Persistent Mgt Guideline : Company has launched a dedicated business unit called ‘Accelerite’ that will align its business strategy towards

products and intellectual property based on the social, mobility, analytics and cloud (SMAC) platform . The company’s nine-month dollar revenue

growth stands at 14.6 percent while its targeted full year margin is 24-25 percent.

• Prestige Est Mgt Guideline : Company believes the company will have a sustained growth going forward. Company achieved some spectacular

numbers in this fiscal. Despite a slowdown in the sector, Prestige Estates is likely to achieve its FY14 guidance across various operating parameters

due to good growth in the Bangalore market. The company, which got a good response to its Prestige Lakeside Project, is planning several new

launches in FY15. The company has also bagged two large development projects in Hyderabad, which may get approvals soon. The company will

be able to sustain the 30 percent operating margin levels.

• The Ukrainian government will immediately appeal to the United Nations to recognise Crimea as a demilitarised zone and take necessary

measures for Russian forces to leave Crimea and prepare conditions for re-deployment of Ukrainian forces," security chief Andriy Parubiy said.

• JLR invests 45 mn pounds in new press line at Halewood unit . The new line has a combined press stamping capacity of 7,900 tonnes, making it

the fastest and one of the biggest and most powerful press lines across JLR, stamping both steel and aluminium panels, the company said in a

statement.

• Canara Bank has decided to raise additional capital of Rs 1000 crore through issue of BASEL-III complaint Tier-II Bonds (Series-II).

• Spain’s Treasury sold €2.671 billion worth of five-year government bonds at an average yield of 1.991% earlier in the day, down from 2.097% at

a previous auction last month.

• Piramal-led Akshar Fincom has picked up a 3.5 percent stake in Sunteck Realty for around Rs 65 crore . Sunteck Realty has around 28 million

square feet of area under development with most either completed or under various stages of completion.

• IDBI raises $300 mn via overseas bond sale at 5.06% coupon . The issue has been rated BB+ by S&P, Baa3 by Moody's and BBB- by Fitch.

• Ashoka Buildcon eyes premium rescheduling for 3 projects . Company expects a benefit of around 100-150 bps from the premium rescheduling

norms.

• The Federal Reserve left its benchmark interest rate, the fed funds target rate, unchanged at 0.00%-0.25% and trimmed $10 billion from its $65

billion monthly asset-purchasing program in place to spur recovery.
