OverviewIts easy to think that you could pass on responsibility.Leaders may forget to pay enough attention to the needs of everyone around them. As a student at FIU, and more importantly a leader, its on YOU to take initiative to help someone out in need. If you see something, say something, and do something.

BystanderA Bystander is a person who observes a conflict or unacceptable behavior. It might be something serious or minor, one-time or repeated, but the Bystander knows that the behavior is destructive or likely to make a bad situation worse.

Social ResponsibilitySocial responsibility is an ethical theory, in which individuals are accountable for fulfilling their civic duty; the actions of an individual must benefit the whole of society.

EthicsEthics are moral principles that govern a person or group's behavior.
