ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION NO. 2
PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION
With approval of this Additional Authorization No. 2, PEI will provide additional citywide pavement evaluation and analysis, including Rotation B (2021) and Rotation C (2022).
GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK
This Additional Authorization Amendment amends the payment terms, including rates and fee schedule, and amends the Task 11 schedule. All other tasks, pricing, terms and conditions in the base Agreement and Additional Authorization No. 1 not specifically amended herein with Additional Authorization No. 2 shall remain unchanged and in full effect. TASK 11 – ANNUAL ROTATIONAL UPDATE The Annual Rotational Update shall be completed as noted in the amended schedule in Table 1.

Payment
For Task 1, Task 7, Task 10, Task 11, and Task 12, payment terms shall be amended to the attached Rates and Fee Schedule. This Additional Authorization No. 2 shall include Task 1, 7, 10, 11 work for the 2021 and 2022 rotational update. Not to exceed amount shall be increased by $221,230 for Additional Authorization No. 2, for a total contract not to exceed amount of $656,310 for Tasks 1 through 11.

Payments
Invoices will be submitted either semi-monthly or monthly and are payable upon receipt. Interest of 1-1/2% per month (but not exceeding the maximum rate allowable by law) will be payable on any amounts not paid within 30 days, payment thereafter to be applied first to accrued interest and then to the principal unpaid amount. Attorneys' fees or other costs incurred in collecting any delinquent amount shall be paid by the client.
