1 Security Policies Overcoming Business Challenges Parent Medical Clinic Name Internet usage Policy The Internet usage Policy applies to all Internet users (individuals working for the Parent Medical Clinic, including permanent full-time and part-time employees, contract workers, temporary agency workers, business partners, and vendors) who access the Internet through the computing or networking resources. The Parent Medical Clinic's Internet users are expected to be familiar with and to comply with this policy, and are also required to use their common sense and exercise their good judgment while using Internet services. External device use policy External devices are well-known sources of malware infections and have been directly tied to the loss of sensitive information in many organizations. To minimize the risk of loss or exposure of sensitive information maintained by the Parent Medical Clinic and to reduce the risk of acquiring malware infections on computers operated by the Parent Medical Clinic. Employee Identify (ID) policy This policy covers identification cards issued by Parent Medical Clinic. The Parent Medical Clinic shall issue employee identification (ID) card in accordance with this directive. An employee shall follow the procedures within this directive regarding the maintenance, replacement, and surrender of employee ID cards.

Internet usage Policy

Computer Use policy

The purpose of this policy is to outline the acceptable use of computer equipment at

Parent Medical Clinic. These rules are in place to protect the employee and Parent

Medical Clinic. Inappropriate use exposes Parent Medical Clinic to risks including virus

attacks, compromise of network systems and services, and legal issues.
