Practical tips and strategies you can use to lessen the impact of secondary trauma; and
Ideas on what organizations can do to prevent and mitigate the effects of secondary trauma.

At the end of this training, participants will be able to: Define secondary trauma in the context of
the management of sex offenders; Distinguish burnout from secondary
trauma; Describe the impact of secondary trauma
on individuals and agencies that share responsibility for sex offender management;
