My life in future! When I think about my future life, I know that it will be very exciting; I know I am going
to study very hard to obtain a very good job. I am going to travel to Madrid to study a
semester of my career and then I’ll probably study a Master degree in France. I will
marry a handsome boy and I will have two or three children. I’m sure I’m going to take
care of them and I am going to be a good mother and wife.
My country will be a very advanced place, with a lot of technology and good things for people. To make life easier we will
have robots… The robots can cut the grass while you relax on the yard with a glass of lemonade! In fact, nowadays we can
buy one called Eureka that is a vacuum cleaner.
Cars are going to be like moving robots… A car with a GPS system can give you directions on how to go
somewhere, tell you where the closest gas station is, and, some day in the future, it will drive itself or maybe we will fly on
them. You will take a nap or read while the car drives itself to your destination. We even have robotic pets now. There is a
company that makes a robotic dog named Astro that can sit, stand, and walk like a regular dog but can also communicate
and take pictures! Astro understands certain commands, like a dog does, such as “Sit down”, “Stand up”, etc. If you ask
Astro a question such as “How old are you?” its eyes will flash the number of years old it is. Astro is also a great guard dog.
He can patrol the yard and take pictures with a built in camera of anything suspicious. Future is going to come soon, and I
can’t wait for it!!!
