Choose from a range of gift experiences from an indulgent Afternoon Tea… a fabulous dinner in The White Cart restaurant… an Overnight Stay or perhaps a Tribute night for those that like to party! Alternatively purchase a monetary voucher and let the recipient choose the experience they prefer!

Buying couldn’t be easier - purchase online, by phone or in person. Vouchers can be collected, emailed or posted. They’re all beautifully presented and you can include your own personalised message.

PAY M E N T• A £5.00 per person deposit is required for Senior Citizen Lunches, Boxing Day &

New Year’s Day Carvery Lunches. All other events are £10.00 per person with the exception of the Hogmanay Gala Ball which is £20.00 per person.

• Only the lead party organiser may make changes to the booking and multiple payments are not permitted.

• All payments must be paid via the main party organiser.• Should there be any alterations made to a booking, this has to

be done in writing to us directly. • All major credit/debit cards accepted.• For all events prior to 25th December full payment is required

by no later than Monday 1st November 2021.• For all events from 25th December your full payment is required

by Monday 29th November 2021.• It is the responsibility of the party organiser to ensure Final Payments are made

by the date required.

C A N C E L L AT I O N & A M E N D M E N T S• If you are unable to attend an event due to contracting Covid-19 or having to

self-isolate, The Normandy will offer a credit to the value of your stay or your ticket price. This credit will be valid for six months from the date of your original booking. No refund will be provided.

• Any alteration in the numbers of any bookings may not be accepted after Monday 1st November 2021.

• Cancellation of individual guests or party bookings will result in all deposits being forfeited.

• Any loss of deposits cannot be refunded, transferred or used towards any other products or events in the hotel.

• Any balances not paid by your allocated payment date will be deemed cancelled and all deposits forfeited. Prior notice will not be given.

• When final payment has been made, there will be no refunds authorised or any form of credit given.

A C C O M M O D AT I O N• Multiple rooms booked with any event require an additional £10.00 per person

deposit which is non-refundable/non-transferable.• Individual room bookings require full payment at time of booking which is non-

refundable & non-transferable.• All accommodation prices are quoted as per room, per night

on a bed & breakfast basis based on two adults sharing a standard double or twin room and rates are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

• Standard Double & Twin rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 adult guests however we have a limited number of rooms that can accommodate a third guest which are available at a supplement. Supplements also apply to other grades of room. Subject to availability.

• Family Rooms are only suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (Under 12).

C H I L D R E NChildren are not permitted to attend Tribute Nights or Senior Citizens Lunch as these are strictly over 18’s events. They may attend all other festive events, however MUST be supervised at all times. The Hogmanay Gala Ball is open to children aged 12 and over.

D R I N K S P R E - O R D E R S• Full pre-payment for pre-order drinks is required at time of ordering and

will be on your table prior to arrival. You will find this year’s drinks offers on the inside front cover.

• The management reserve the right to change pre-orders drinks list without prior notice according to stock availability. Drinks may be ordered until 12 noon the day prior to the event.

• Only drinks purchased in the Hotel can be consumed in the Hotel. Any drinks not purchased in the Hotel will be confiscated.

D R E S S C O D E• The Normandy Hotel operates a dress code at all events.• Trainers and T-shirts are not permitted at any event.• The dress code for our Hogmanay Gala Ball is formal with

a minimum requirement of a shirt and tie for all gents.

D I S C L A I M E R• The Management reserves the right to refuse admission.• The Normandy Hotel cannot be held liable should the booking agent

exercise his right to substitute a suitable alternative tribute act if the billed performer/s become unavailable.

• We reserve the right to cancel advertised entertainment due to circumstances outwith our control.

• The Normandy Hotel reserves the right to cancel or amalgamate any event or move to a smaller function suite/restaurant should numbers dictate.

• In the event that the hotel cancels any Christmas event completely we will offer an alternative date, alternative venue or issue a full refund.
