Schema markup is structured data, which labels existing elements on a site so that search engines can better understand the content on the page.Schema.org (the website and the authority) defines the expectations, vocabularies, and rules of this markup.
Rich Snippets are a kind of structured data markup explicitly recognized by search engine algorithms. When used on appropriate content, Rich Snippets can show exact content from a website on Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs) of search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
#1 IMPLEMENT SCHEMA MARKUP AND RICH SNIPPETS ON YOUR SITE
Schema.org markup should only be visible in the HTML source, and should always correllate to existing content.
