Sean LIV:

Sean Liv is a Fitness Expert, Life Strategist and Motivational Speaker and author of The Ticket. For several years, she repeated cycles of negativity and failure until she hit rock bottom. She realized she needed to take charge of my own life once and for all. She found inspiration after she lost 90 pounds, overcame addictions and underwent a physical and emotional transformation of her own. The best part was, she didn’t need any gimmicks, pills or expensive gym equipment to do so.

After creating a fitness company and working with several clients, Sean saw that their wellness journeys were about more than just their bodies - they were about their spirits

and minds too. She saw how doubt, fear and negativity can cause people to backtrack in their fitness and weight loss goals. They needed support and encouragement to break the cycle.

Sean wrote her book The Ticket based on her own journey and those of her clients. Through The Ticket, Sean helps people replace negative belief patterns with encouraging ones, use their inner power to overcome struggles and make positive life choices. The Ticket is used as a guidebook for The Ticket to Change Challenge. Real, honest health and an empowered, fearless life that starts from within.

The Ticket to Change Challenge, the program found within the book The Ticket, goes beyond mere weight loss by showing how positive thoughts and actions are linked to the physical body.

The Ticket to Change Challenge is open to those who have followed the program outlined in The Ticket. Participants who register can take advantage of an interactive community website featuring support and encouragement to help along their path. All participants are also eligible to win a grand prize, consisting of a full makeover and new wardrobe to promote and celebrate their transformation. The grand prize also contains a component tailored to the winner, something they can use to give him or her a push to living their dream.

Fifty-year-old Lise has always been active, but for many years struggled to find balance in life. With her career in hospital planning and her children all grown, she found it difficult to realize where to begin again.

Since completing her program, Lise felt liberation and a sense of accomplishment knowing that she had her life ahead of her. Lise knows deep within herself that there is a book to be written. For her prize, Lise was awarded a package that will help her with that goal. It starts with a writing workshop by author Susane Heaton, and Liv Publishing wil l polish the finished manuscript and publish her book.

Tania felt comfortable in her own skin; never was her weight a real issue for her (in fact, during her last four weeks of her program, she called me concerned that she was losing her curves!). She is a mother of two and loves life. She felt the only change she needed in her life was to be a better role model to her pre-teen daughter. 

When asked what her real motivation would be for her program, she answered a meditation chair for her guided healing work. She was granted this prize as she showcased her transformation onstage at the Cardel

Erin like many of us, has struggled with her weight, self confidence and taking time for herself. Being a wife and mother of two little girls is demanding in itself. But add to the profession of being a Grade 3 teacher - you're in trouble. Planning and staying organized at work is one thing, but coming home to her family and bringing all that work with her left little to no time for herself.

Erin lost three dress sizes, going from a size 16 down to a 12. You are amazing, Erin.

Erin was reward a beauty You shoot from international photographer Chantal Milaine. Stay tuned for the next edition of LIV Magazine for the shoot.

I’ve always wanted to find true balance in my life but never thought it was possible. When my girlfriend’s five-year-old daughter asked me if I had a baby in my belly and I said no, she looked confused and couldn’t understand why my belly was so big. No malice, just an honest voice from a child. That was it for me - I cried for hours.

Could I really find happiness daily and still follow my dreams? For years I had been told that’s a bunch of hooey. I was eighty pounds overweight and a closet alcoholic - I had to find a way! Learning to be truly honest with myself and looking deep into my spirit, I

finally found clarity. Harmony and balance can happen on a daily basis if you work hard, start forgiving yourself, and forget the past once and for all."

It hasn’t been an easy journey so far, but trust me, at 44 years old I have never been happier! I quit my job and decided it was time for me to finally be kind to my mind, body and spirit.

Now, six months later and 52 pounds lighter, I continue to follow my path and try to live in the moment and embrace change and all that challenges that face me every day. I now look forward to the future with hope, love and find myself smiling just because. Life is oh so good!

Rob: Age 39-13 weeks

My decision to get healthy was an easy one.  I made the decision when my wife called me into the kitchen and informed me I was denied life insurance.

I always believed I was healthy and really never cared what I put in my body or how I treated it. But when your wife comes to you with tears in her eyes because of how unhealthy you've become, it's a real awakening. Then you realize you're not just here for yourself. You have a family that depends on you, that loves and cares for you. Not getting healthy is just being selfish. You get your act together.My biggest excuses were related to getting to the gym - time constraints or not having the proper equipment.

I found that if you use your imagination, everything around you can be used: the park, stairs, benches, rocks and trees - anything you can imagine.

I personally haven’t had a gym membership in five years but I do have a mat and ball. This small amount of equipment, along with my own drive and determination, was more then enough to get my mind, body and spirit on track!

Getting healthy was hard, but it got easier and easier as you see and feel the results. One piece of advice I have is get your mind right because when you do, everything just becomes easy. You don’t need people to push you. You just need inspiration, which comes from yourself.
