Is there a number I can call to access my account information and perform transactions?

Account24 is our free 24-hour telephone banking service.

When you call for the first time, use the last four digits of your Social Security Number as your Account24 PIN.

With easy step-by-step instructions, you can:

• Obtain account balances

• Make transfers between different accounts

• Find out what checks have cleared

• Request check withdrawals

• Inquire about an existing loan

• Check our daily rates

$ Do you have a service that I can use to pay my bills automatically?

Yes, you can schedule automatic recurring payment rules or one-time payments through our Bill Pay* service in Online Banking. This convenient service helps you avoid late payments and keeps your credit on track without any worry.

Bill Pay enables you to:

• Save money – no stamps to buy and no checks to write

• Send payments to virtually anyone in the continental U.S.

• Set up payments in advance

• Receive email alerts for bill arrivals, due dates, and upcoming payments

• Run payment reports and create custom reports

• Earn five Flexpoints for every bill you pay

*Bill Pay is available to members enrolled in Online Banking. Free to members who pay a minimum of one bill every 90 days, otherwise there is a nominal $5 monthly fee.

Which ATMs can I use to avoid a fee?

As an SDFCU member you have access to more than 29,000 free CO-OP Network ATMs across the country. Find an ATM nearest you (including at many 7-Eleven, Wawa, Costco and Sheetz stores) with the help of the online ATM locator search feature and Mobile Banking.

Besides online, phone and the app, are there any other ways to access my account?

You can sign up for text banking to view your account balance, recent transactions, and to transfer funds between your accounts. Once you register your phone, simply text ‘SDFCU BAL’ to 21443 to retrieve your account balance.

SDFCU Text Banking works with all major mobile providers in the U.S. and while the service is free, standard carrier rates may apply.

I do everything on my smartphone. Is there an app for SDFCU?

Just visit the Google™ Play Store or the Apple® App Store from your phone and search for “SDFCU” to download the SDFCU smartphone app – SDFCU Mobile.

Through the app, you can:

• Snap a picture of checks with your phone to make convenient check deposits with Mobile Deposit**

• Access financial calculators

• Find the closest ATM or branch location with the help of GPS

• Check your account balance and transfer money

**To be eligible for Mobile Deposit, you must have an account open for 30 days, have an account in good standing, be enrolled in online banking and be at least 18 years of age.
