Kapoor's Orbit was announced as the winning proposal for an artwork for the 2012 Olympic Games. Artwork for the Olympic Park. At 115 meters tall, Orbit is the tallest sculpture in the UK.

Requirements • A sculptural lesson using cardboard and foamcore. • Students will use a slot to slot method (no glue) to build

up their sculpture pieces. • Students will paint sculptures using bright colors and

patterns being mindful of the negative and positive space. • Sculptures must be able to stand on their own.
