What is SCRUM?
The name Scrum comes from rugby: it describes the moment in the game when the team, in order to win the ball, has to work together to push it in the same direction, acting as a single coordinated unit.
Where does the name come from?
Scrum is a rigorous methodology with a well-defined set of rules.
The focus is on team communication to maximize the benefits of interaction between individuals and systems.
How does it work?
