What this game is about• We simulate the scenario of organizational transformation• We group into teams• Some teams will be Agile, while some will still be in waterfall• Like all organizations, our organization will also have Shared

Services

We get into teams…• We need

• An architecture group or committee• Team managers• A Quality and audits group• Leaders (CxO) of the organizations• Time keepers and rule enforcers

• Then, there are teams

The goal• The plastic ball represents your product• You need to carry it to the delivery area, and make a delivery• Remember

• You need approval from the Architects group• The audits team will see your plan and then give a go-ahead• The “Time keepers and rule enforcers” will ensure that you do not

break any of the rules of the game• Your managers will guide you

The task• Transport the ball from your team room to the other end of the hall• Remember

• You don’t get to touch the ball, unless it falls down• You don’t get to touch the band, on which the ball rests• Through the entire process, you get to use only one hand• If the ball is dropped, you go back and start from step 1
