countries

move your marker

To mark another country

in Africa use the search

tool to type in country’s

name. Example

‘Zimbabwe’.

Click on ‘Flight

line/Great Circle’

tool

Start from the mark

on Australia,

dragging the line to

the mark of an

African country. In

this case, Madagascar

PHASE TWO OF THE 1 HOUR ACTIVITY

Right click on the

picture. Then click

on ‘copy image URL’

Click on the ‘place

image overlays’ tool.

Right click and

paste

Use the ‘edit overlays’ tool to

move the picture to its correct

country (Australia).

To add in the

description for the

picture, click on the

‘ABC’ text tool

Reposition the

description with the

‘edit overlays’ tool
