1. Applicaon Screw conveyors move materials either horizontally, on an inclined or vercally. They are used to feed, distribute, collect or mix and can be equipped to either heat or cool while performing this transfer. They are widely used in grain & oil, feed, food, metallurgy, mine, plasc, chemical engineering, building and medicine industries. It is suitable to convey powdery, granulous and nubbly bulk materials etc. The screw conveyors are mainly made of carbon and stainless steels. The special specificaon will be ordered as requested. 2. Features • It consists of reducer with motor, gear, bearings, helix, casing, lubricaon system, etc; • Custom-designed to handle almost any materials in almost any applicaon; • Conveying granular, flake, and chunk materials—pulp stock, powders and minerals etc; • Corrosive and abrasive materials are also conveyed by modifying design; • Economical method of elevang and conveying; • Bearing a wide range of pressure and flow; • Evenly and smoothly connuous flow, free from vibraon, low noise and high speed; • Solid structure, easy operaon, installaon and maintenance, as well as environmental friendly; • Good seal capability, well dust or weather ght and rodent proof 3.Principle The bulk materials are fed into the casing and helix is hold back by the fricaon resistance acted on the wall of casing during running. The screw flight pushes and makes the materials do axial movement, clockwise and counterclockwise fighng act as mixer. The materials are fed from the boom hopper and liſted upwards or moved horizontally at a distance space, then are discharged at the proper outlet at the boom of casing or transport out at theend of chute.
