MagiCut products are perfect for the application of logos, lettering, designs and numbers to almost every type of workwear, promotional or leisurewear garments and textiles. Use with traditional plotter/cutter and apply with a quality heat press.

The MagiCut process is clean, durable, simple and affordable, with no toxic inks or chemicals involved.

MagiCut makes short run production easy and profitable with the advantage of removing traditional screen and set-up costs. Make good profits from minimal investment.

Full colour images can also be printed, then precisely contour cut and applied to garments or fabrics. This process also works with the production of decals, vinyls, stickers, tattoos and films. Please refer to TheMagicTouch image transfer process.

All plotters and MagiCut Software come with a one year warranty and conform to all CE & RoHS legislation.

Silhouette Cameo Plotter Suitable for PC or Mac. 30cm cutting width, up to 300cm cutting length. Features an optical sensor for profile cutting of full colour designs.

Complete with; USB port for direct cutting from thumb drives, storage compartment for blades/pens, manual cross cutting tool, customisable control panel, 100 free designs and cutting sheet.

Cutter/Plotters are a great way to decorate textiles simply and affordably. They work by sending information from a computer to the cutter which moves coloured materials back and forth and allows a blade to cut the design out. The excess material is then ‘weeded’ by hand and the design is heat applied to the textile. Multiple colours/effects can be applied in this way.

This highly stretchable flex can be cut with all traditional plotter/cutters. After weeding the cut flex apply with heat transfer press. Washable at 60ºC and suitable for dry cleaning. Perfect for all types of sports performance and work wear. Not suitable for nylon or textiles with hydrophobic coating. For best results we recommend a 2 second after press.

reflectra® Stichfoil

reflectra® Plotfoil is pre-laminated with a self-adhesive tape, the foil is fed into the plotter with the reflective side down. Therefore the vector file has to be mirrored before cutting.

reflectra® Plotfoil is easy to cut with all common plotters. When using our product, your plotter blade won’t lose its sharpness as quickly as with other reflective foils.

Even the smallest designs can be plotted with ease. After weeding, place the design on the garment, cover with a Teflon sheet and press at 165-185°C with medium pressure for 15 seconds. Peel the carrier warm or cold, preferably in running direction of the fabric.

We recommend that you give the transfer a 5-second-repress. For best results, make sure to do a test run!

reflectra® Stitchfoil can be used as an appliqué in most embroidery and sewing machines.

• First remove the protection on the back of the foil.

• The design can be fixed with a simple running stitch and a thin satin stitch

• After stitching, unwanted foil parts can be removed by hand or weeding tool.

• Now the reflectra® Stitchfoil can be permanently fixed on the textile with a heat transfer press at 165-185°C with medium pressure for 15 seconds. Please cover the Stitchfoil with a PTFE sheet before transferring.

PROCESS INGThe MagiCut range can be cut with all current plotters.

The chart (below) details recommended instructions for; cotton, cotton/polyester mixture and polyester/acrylic mixtures. We recommend using a standard 45º blade. After weeding the cut material is transferred by heat press. After peeling transfer we recommend re-pressing for another 2 seconds under the same parameters.

1 Non Account Customers - Strictly payment with order or on collection of goods.

2 Account Customers - Strictly 30 days from date of invoice.

3 All equipment (printers, presses, plotters) are sold strictly as payment in advance to both account and non-account customers.

4 Credit Accounts will automatically be placed on hold where invoices are overdue for payment or credit limit is exceeded.

5 Returned or represented cheques will be charged at £20.00 per representation.

6 All goods are subject to availability.

7 No returns are accepted after 1 month from date of despatch, or if printed/processed in any way.

8 Any shortages or non-delivery must be notified to us within 24 hours of expected date of receipt.

9 Ownership of all goods remain the property of TheMagicTouch (GB) Ltd® until all invoices are paid in full.

10 Cheques for orders will have to be cleared before goods released. If your order is urgent there will be an additional charge of £15.00 to obtain special clearance on your cheque.

11 Prices do not include carriage which will be charged where goods are not collected.

12 Prices do not include VAT, which will be charged at the standard rate where applicable.

13 Prices for cases/dozens are per size.

2/3 Day £7.00 per consignment.

Next Day £10.00 per consignment.

Before 10.30am £20.00 per consignment up to 31Kg, thereafter 50p per Kg. Please note delivery before 10am could be tendered as early as 8am.

Saturday £25.00 per consignment up to 31Kg, thereafter 50p per Kg.

Deliveries to N. Ireland

Next Day £15.00 per consignment up to 31Kg, thereafter 50p per Kg.

2/3 Day £10.00 per consignment up to 31Kg, thereafter 45p per Kg.

Deliveries to Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and Scottish Islands by quotation.

All redelivery charges as a result of non-attendance are chargeable.

Every endeavour will be made to despatch goods ordered before 5.00pm on the same day.

15 Perfect returns must be authorised by our returns department and with a confirmed returns reference code. We are under no obligation to accept the return of perfect garments. All perfect returns will be subject to a minimum 20% handling charge.

16 In the event of a dispute which cannot be resolved without recourse to law, the appropriate jurisdiction will be that of England & Wales.

17 We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to our credit terms. Interest of 3% above Barclays Bank base rate and third party collection costs are payable on defaulting accounts.
