Page 1 is to help people distinguish economic and social entrepreneurship, and distinguish private from social
enterprise. Page 2 provides an assessment grid based on social entrepreneurship/enterprise criteria.

Level 5 Leaders (those that create sustained social change) are humble but determined; deal directly with
contradiction; focus on quality; attend to people before strategy; give credit to others; are quiet and
determined; are intolerant of mediocrity; rely on raising standards, do not try to be charismatic; avoid
publicity and are unconcerned about the trappings of success.
