I thought I would write to tell you what a fine product this is. We have tried many stainless steel polishes and your product has proven to be the best yet. We are an appliance service center in Cleveland Ohio and we service Sub-zero, Whirlpool, Maytag, Viking, Bosch, Asko, Kitchen-Aid, and many other manufacturers.

In today’s appliance business stainless steel is very popular but requires maintenance. We had a brand new wok for a Bosch range yesterday right out of the box with rust and pits in the outside bottom of it. Do I need to finish the entire surface or can I remove the scratch on a localized basis?

When we tried to find a product to remove the scratches from our Thermador Professional range we were quite skeptical regarding the information we found on the web. I e-mailed Restore It Yourself, expecting to get a "stock answer" that "we can't promise anything, but buy our product anyway". Subject: Re: Contact Us Requested “Here is our story . About two and a half years ago, my husband and I moved from Yucca Valley CA to Benbrook TX. My husband is an Active Duty Marine who had been in Okinawa for one year. The house wasn't even finished yet but we were purchasing the things we would need for the house-like a nice new stainless refrigerator! We measured the space and set up the delivery. As it turned out, while the fridge was being delivered, we also had about seven movers and ten contractors still in the house. It was chaotic and in the process, we realized that the island in the kitchen was too long to be able to slide the fridge into it's spot. Someone tried it anyway and we ended up with a huge scratch on the front of one of the doors. It was heartbreaking! We just learned to live with it, though.(People have worse problems, right?). About a month ago, I emailed the manufacturer asking if they knew of any ways to remove scratches on stainless. They told me that we were probably stuck with it and we could order a new door.
