Objective
To obtain a position as a General Manager in a premier on-site corporate restaurant
management and catering company. Eliminate constraints while helping support, develop and
train staff on company/client programs, policies and procedures.
Skills

Accomplishments
Lead numerous projects for the Micro-kitchen department at Google; created waste
management program, MK internal audit tool and a storage room organization program that was
rolled out to all 260+ Micro-kitchens around Google. Also, the Google Food Team took the MK
internal audit and rolled it out globally to all Google accounts. While at Google, I led the
customer service training for the MK hourly staff. Deployed 200+ tablets that provide feedback
in real time as well as trained all hourly and salaried staff on how to use the program. While at
Sprouts grocery, I assisted the regional Manager in rebranding seven different stores from
Henry's to Sprouts. Awarded a five day paid trip to Wisconsin to tour cheese factories and
attend a buying show. Was promoted within upper management three times within my last two
years at Sprouts. Selected to lead sign kit conversion program and marketing for three stores.
Uprooted my life from Southern California to Northern California to grow with the company.
