The Scots Cashless Canteen – do away with Cash!! Online Lunch Orders for the Junior School Parents can create an account with Flexischools and use this to purchase a lunch order online at the school Canteen for your child in the Junior School. Lunch orders will be delivered to Junior Students in the usual way. How does it work?

• Parents set up a Flexischools account online and pre-load the account with funds. • Through your online account, parents can order and pay for lunch for your child. • The lunch order is automatically sent to the school Canteen through the online

account. • The lunch order will be delivered to your child in the usual way.

How to get Started with Flexischools to setup Online Ordering… To set up Cashless Account:

1. Register for Flexischools by visiting www.flexischools.com.au. Add your child, their school and year level to get started.

2. Top-Up your account via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or direct deposit. 3. Select “I do not want to link a card” 4. Order lunch for your child!! 5. Please note, Lunch Orders must be submitted online before 9:30 am on the day of the

lunch order. Late orders cannot be submitted.

What does it cost? Online Lunch Ordering Fees - $0.29 per canteen order Account Top-Up Fees - Direct Deposit $0.00 Credit card (visa/mastercard) $0.15 + 1% PayPal $0.15 + 1%

What if my child is in Senior School? For students in the Senior School parents can set up the Cashless Canteen so that your children can pay for lunch at the school Canteen using their student card. Note: Lunch Orders are NOT available to students in the Senior School.

Set up your Cashless Canteen Account Now! The students’ existing School Student ID card can be linked to your Flexischools account, to create a “cashless” card allowing students to purchase securely on the school grounds without the need for cash. How does it work?

• Parents set up a Flexischools account online and pre-load the account with funds which can be attached to one or more Student ID cards.

• Students make purchases at the canteen by Scanning their 2017 student ID card at the cash register.

• Parents can view their child’s purchases online and can set a daily spending limit. How to get Started with Flexischools to set up Cashless Canteen… To set up Cashless Account:

1. Parents should Register for Flexischools by visiting www.flexischools.com.au. Add your child, their school and year level to get started.

2. Top-Up your account via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or direct deposit. 3. Add the student ID card by selecting ‘setup card number’. This is located on the ‘My

Students’ page under the link used to start an order. Enter your child’s school student ID number card and click ‘save’.

4. Set a daily spending limit in your student profile to control spending via cashless card. 5. Student pays with cashless card and funds are debited from your Flexischools

account.
