Scope of BBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
Logistics and supply chain management is a booming industry as it offers a huge scope to the
working professionals. There are many multinational companies that are working in the area of e-
commerce and only the knowledge of logistics and supply chain can manage an online shopping
venture effectively.
BBA Logistics Management program consists of a major stream and an elective stream selected from
accounting, marketing, business management, and business information systems or operations
management.
The knowledge of this area is vital in every field whether it is operations or activities of a business. It
also affects our daily life in many ways. Only better logistics and supply chain help us get the
everyday life products. Every manufacturing company has a separate entity or department that
manages these activities and ensures that their goods reach the final consumer in no time.
The Bachelor of Business Administration programme was developed to prepare such professionals
who can meet the needs of companies working in this sector. For this, they are given lessons on
fundamentals of business operations and also the knowledge of the practical aspects of the concepts
in the above mentioned domain.
Course Structure

better depth over the subject, a student also needs to finish up a dissertation project by the end. The
minimum requirement for admission into this discipline requires at least 55 percent marks at the
12th standard level in any of the science, commerce or arts streams.

and supply chain management have a number of job opportunities in front of them. They generally
land up with a job in distribution, construction, events, production, service, hospitality, retail, marine

and transportation as well.
