I like this photograph as the distance between the subject and the camera is ideal, however, it is supposed to be a fashion spread and the clothes are not the main focus of the image therefore it is not appropriate.

This image looks great as it is an action shot which I captured by having a very fast shutter speed and putting the settings onto continuous shooting. However, when enlarging the image, the model is not in focus therefore it does not look very professional.

This was another option for my fashion spread as the model is a good distance away from the camera and is in focus however, I took this photo portraiture instead of landscape meaning that I could not use it as I already had 2 portraiture images on my fashion spreads.

This photo was another option for my fashion spread but there are many reasons of which it is not appropriate. Although the image is in focus, the aperture looks very good and the angle is ideal, the theme for my magazine is summer and this image clearly does not represent that as it is pitch black, also the photograph is portraiture and I needed a landscape image for this fashion spread.

I decided to choose this image for my magazine fashion spread picture for many reasons. Firstly, I believe the theme of the fashion spread is clear via this image as it is clearly a sunny day and all the green in the mise en scene reflect the summer theme. When enlarging the image for my fashion spread, the subject was still in focus as was the background which combine to give a very professional look.
