RE: Disguised Killings, Torture and Massive Infestations Under The Disguise of Scientific Research and The Need For the Enforcement of Criminal Penalties
Dear President Obama:
Thank you for this public forum to address crimes against humanity with respect to the lack of scientific integrity and accountability in human research studies and funding. This is an appeal for the execution of inhumane research projects, the incarceration of the people name aligned with such, and an end to the money laundering funds name aligned with deadly human research projects. Defraud human research studies have been used to disguise kill, torture, defraud inoculate, stalk and terrorize innocent people. Please see the below web sites for verification.
Above all, this is an appeal for public disclosure, monitoring, and the dismantling of each and every dime being used and used for negative science, primarily deadly pathogen creations/concoctions and administrations via vaccine development and scientific weaponry experimentation.

There are millions of innocent people that have been disguised killed and terrorized via the above patterned deadly human research practices.
