The Editorial Board of the Scientific Journal 'Comunicar', in recognition of the academic quality of its wide community of researchers from all over the world, including readers, authors and scientific reviewers from the five continents, officially establishes yearly Diplomas of Scientific Excellence for Reviewers and Authors.

This annual recognition highlights and acknowledges the quality and visibility of Authors' work in terms of their scientific impact, measured in the computable IF-2019 using internationally recognized metrics (WoS, Scopus and Google Scholar), as well as their presence in alternative metrics and scientific social networks.

Likewise, this distinction values the constancy and quantity of evaluated manu-scripts in reviewers, as well as their personal contribution to the improvement of scientific production in a blind and anonymous manner.

A broad and recognized international scientific community with more than 711 reviewers from 48 countries around the world, more than 1,830 manuscripts published in 27 years and hundreds of thousands of readers support the quality of this scientific journal that is top ten worldwide in three areas of knowledge: Education, Communication and Cultural Studies in the main world databases (Q1, both in JCR and Scopus), as well as the leading journal in absolute values of the Spanish indexations within the entire Hispanic community: 1st in Google Scholar, 1st in REDIB, 1st in FECYT and 1st in Dialnet Métricas).
