LS-60

The large and easily observableworking area makes it easy to quicklyand precisely insert all wires through-out the entire cross-section range.The anti-side splice kit ensures theiroptimal alignment in the workingarea.

The short cycle time, especially forsequence welding, is a major charac-teristic of the LS-60.

The ultrasonic welding system LS-60is an economical and extremelyrobust production system for weldingcopper splices. Its 4kW-generatorenables the processing of splices withcross-sections between 10 and 60mm2. Under certain conditions, it iseven possible to weld cross-sectionsthat are larger than 60 mm2.

The LS-60 is designed as a tabletopmachine and can be supplied with atable in sitting or standing version.

The patented dynamic process controlenables an adjustment of all relevantprocess parameters within giventolerance ranges, thereby ensuringan excellent quality standard and highprocess security.

Controller, high frequency generatorand the industrial PC are integratedin a 19”-housing.

Of course, the ultrasonic weldingsystem LS-60 is equipped with ourproven visualization softwareSUTWIN. We continuously improvethis software, e. g. in terms of processstatistics, thereby increasing its effi-ciency and the operating comfort.
