Keep Youth Doing Something (KYDS), Inc.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Students enrolled at Parthenia Elementary School for the 2020-2021 school year have the opportunity to benefit from our FREE

after-school virtual programs. The after school program is supervised and administered by our organization, Keep Youth Doing

Something, Inc., “KYDS”, is a non-profit, community based organization in collaboration with LAUSD Beyond the Bell Youth Services.

All students, Tk – 5th grade, attending the school are eligible to attend. Students will receive homework assistance, computer/

technology, art and a variety of academic and educational enrichment and physical fitness activities. Activities will be offered through

Schoology via Zoom.

We are currently accepting registration forms now. A registration form is required for all Parthenia students to partiucipate. Please fill

out both registration forms attached with your signature. You have a couple options on how to turn your registration forms in:

1. Take a clear picture of both registrations forms and email it to parthenia@kydsinc.org 2. OR drop both the signed forms off at the school main office.

I understand that it is my responsibility to verify my child’s attendance at KYDS and understand that Keep Youth Doing Something, Inc. is not responsible for incidents occurring before my child signs in or after he/she signs out. PHOTO RELEASE In consideration of possible participation in the KYDS program, I hereby grant KYDS or any person authorized by KYDS to photograph, film, or record program participants, and to use, publish, copyright, and distribute images of my son/daughter. I release and discharge all KYDS officers, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims in connection with the use of the above images.
