BEHAVIOR LOG Students will get rewarded in a monthly basis. Students with three infractions or more will not be able to participate. Students infraction can be as follow: poor behavior, not completing

classwork, or not doing their home learning. Students with too many infractions will not participate on 5th grade field

trips. Field trips are earned!

SUMMER READING Your child was assigned a reading assignment. They need to choose 2 of

the following books: Freak the Mighty, Rules, or Yo Naomi . They are to complete 2 activities from the reading assignment found in the

pamphlet. Your child will have to take an A.R. test on the two books they read, this will

count as a reading grade. Reading assignment is due October 15th.

Homework could be vocabulary, grammar, a reading comprehension passage, a writing assignment, complete reading a chapter and answer question, or simply completing I-Ready at home.
