INTRODUCTION:

They say that Highschool is four best years of your life. Well for me that statement is a bit overused and a bit to exaggerated. In truth Highschool can be the four most boring years of your life or the four worst years of your life. It's all about how you use every moment that Highschool gives you. In High school many opportunities present itself to you. Here you will learn what you might want to be in the future. Here you might find your future wife, husbands for the girls. So you can say that Highschool will be like a roller coater ride. You're gonna have some bad times and along with that your gonna have some good times.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE FROM HIGHSCHOOL:

When I first walked into that room (homeroom) I thought that Highschool would be horrible. None of my friends were there and now I had to make a whole new batch of friends to keep me from going insane this year. It didn't help that in a few weeks, some of the hardest lessons were put on my table. My old study method of, not listen in class and just study at home, was failing badly. I had to change the study method that I have been using for years. I also didn't know the new systems, rules, schedules, and so much more. So you can say I was lost. But after a long time I was able to find my map. Even though I got confused with Highschool life eventually I looked at it as a challenge. I treated every problem as a new opportunity for me to become smarter, more popular, and so much more. After a few more weeks I finally was able to make new friends adjust to the system and get batter grades, all in all I think I became a better person and student that I was before. I grew and I discovered that the hard times wasn't really a hell journey, but it was more of a journey.

ACHIEVEMENTS/ACCOMPLISHMENTS/AWARDS:

For me the title of Achiever is very very far away. I'm what the teachers tend to call, an everyday student. I come to class, try to understand the lesson, then go back home and shoot people online. I find that over achieving is highly overrated, I thought then that if you just focus on the award how are you going to enjoy the Highschool experience. Part of that thought was real but in truth the awards and accomplishments are part of the Journey. I have only received a handful of awards, mostly 3rd place sports

victories where I was dragged by the more athletic people, this happens a lot of times in my schools Intrams games. So there's not much really I can say about achievements and awards, but this. Don't focus on them as awards, don't focus on the destination. Instead focus on the journey in getting the award, look at the road. Sometimes the friends you make, the lessons you learn, while trying to archive that 1st honor your clawing your way up to, might be the best reward the world can give you.

Knowing the Teacher/Admins:

Teachers can be classified into three groups. The first is the cool teacher, the one that you feel close to. If he was a few years younger he/she could be your best friend. The second one is the one that bores us to sleep. He comes into class, leaves, and leaves behind no impression, but the lesson. The third is the teacher you wish would never come to your class. He/She is just so frustrating to be with that you have strange thoughts about standing up and shouting at her all the mean things you wish you could say. There is a good chance that you will meet all this in your first year. The thing you need to know about teachers is that you need to understand them. Know what they are and know which type are you dealing with. This could be the decisive factor on where your high school life could be based on. To get to know them try talking to them after class. Be close to them, respect them as teachers, but know them as friends.

DEALING WITH MORE SENIOR STUDENTS.

Once you get pass the level of teachers, you know have to now to go through the seniors. Seniors are a different race all together. They tend to feel superior over younger students. Note that not all of them are like this, some tend to be quite nice and can be more like a big brother. If you do meet the ones that are feeling superior, just ignore them. These people don't know much about you, aside from being a freshman.

Problems We Will Encountered:

The problems we usually encounter is bullying. Bullying makes us feels sad or even sometimes mad but we should not let this feelings control over us. Once we lose control we will start to hurt other people as well. Bullying in high school can sometimes be worse since the people in high school is bigger and stronger. There’s a lot of way people get bullied like cyber-bullying, physically and mentally. We should not fight back

with fists but we can help them instead by talking to them or simply calling the teacher to talk to them if they won’t lend an ear. There is also one problem we encounter is test. High School teachers usually gives students a pile load of assessments and test and these gives us challenges and problems. Assessments giving more weight to a students shoulder which can give a lot stress. We can overcome these challenges through sacrifices and hardwork. If we are able to overcome these challenges, it will lead us to success.

EVENTS:

Now how about Events. Do you feel the Christmas Spirit. Do you feel your school spirit burning inside you. Highschool offers a lot of events in where you can take place in. I find these moments as moments on where people can see who you really are. Volunteering for these events are voluntary, you don't have to do it. But in doing so you show everyone that you are willing to go the extra mile to receive the full moment of high school. These events are usually fun, some tend to be boring, but they tend to be quite engaging. My personal favorite about school event is the School Fair. I love making the booth and working on it. It makes me feel like I'm part of a team, and have a job. Also afterwards I get to go along with my friends and play around the fair games. So in my advice take these events as opportunities, you might find your next girlfriend/boyfriend in one of these events.

Conclusion:

We should always try to enjoy every second of our high school lives because we can’t stay there forever and we have to move on. Once we go out of high school we will start to go to college then start to work which is very stressful and continuously . High School teaches to value life and to continue what we love doing. High School also prepares us for the future. With the help of families and friends you can move forward and not going back to your mistakes. There are always obstacles in life which we tend to fight or think on how we are going to pass through. At the end we will always remember high school because that can be our climax in life or at least one of the memorable experiences we had even if it is sad or happy.
