Improve school emergency responses

Term 1 Teacher, Principal Community Resources

Ongoing Teachers will have increased familiarity with Lockdown procedures, Police protocol, Fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures. Lockdown drills and fire drills will be practiced to a high degree of compliance and efficiency each term. Evacuation procedures will be reviewed by staff.

Note: The principal will report to the school community on the effectiveness of each strategy at the end of the year how the plan worked based on the evidence of improvements.
