Questionnaire: Quality of school lunch menus:
Pupils and parents of 2 classes have answered several questions.
Results:1. Satisfaction with the food quality in the school kitchen:
1. EXCELLENT: 43%2. BAD: 10%3. PARTIALLY SATISFIED: 47%
2. Specify the main disadvantage:29% - there are no disadvantages71% - disadvantages such as: lack of
fruit and vegetables, poor snack, no fresh fish, food is not diverse
enough...
Results:3. Do you think that the food is diverse?YES : 71% NO : 29%
4. 24% of parents wouldn’t change anything, but 76% would modify and add : more fruit and vegetables (broccoli, spinach, chard..)more soup, fresh fish, salads, risotto with veal or chicken meat, lasagnas..
5. Satisfaction grades:
PARENTS: 5 – 29%, 4 – 38%, 3 – 29%, 2 – 4%
PUPILS:
5 – 19%, 4 – 43%, 3 – 29%, 2 – 9%
