Click HERE to log into your parent portal account. If you have forgotten your credentials, use the links/instructions provid-ed on the page.**If your child attended SLA last year: once course registration opens, if you do not see your student listed, please email Melanie Strom at [email protected].**If your student is not currently enrolled in the district: you must enroll him/her HERE (do not upload documents). Choose year 2019-20. Additional instructions for online registration are found HERE. Once your application is approved, you will receive instructions on creating an Infinite Campus account. You may complete this process before course registration opens. Applications will be approved within one business day. You may then begin step 2.

From the menu, choose More > Course Registration. There are several calendars from which to choose: All-Sport Acade-my (grades 1-4), Muskego Power (grades 7 and 8), Fab Lab (grades 3-8), SLA (grades KG-8) and Swim (grades KG-8). You may repeat this process for as many calendars for which your student is eligible. NOTE: If you have more than one student, select the student you would like to register in the upper right corner.

To find a course, select Add Course from the middle of the screen (or at the bottom if previous requests have been made). All available courses are displayed, as well as a search box. If desired, type in part of the name of the course you would like to request in the Search Courses box (e.g., S1 for session 1 courses). A list of all courses with that name will appear below the search box. If a course you are interested in does not appear on the list, the request capacity has been reached, and no additional requests can be taken for that course. NOTE: Each session is coded with S1, S2, S3, or S4 indicating which session it is being offered. By selecting a course name, you can find times and additional course information.

To add a course, click on the plus sign (+) next to the course name. A box will appear asking if you would like to add the course as a Request or Alternate. Choose the appropriate box or cancel. Requests can also be made when viewing course information by clicking on the Add Request or Add Alternate box. Disregard the completion bar at the top. NOTE: It is recommended that you choose one alternate course per session in the event that your original request cannot be honored.

To clear the search field, click on the X to see all choices or type over to create a new search. Repeat step 4 until all courses you are requesting have been selected. If you make a mistake and want to change a class, bring up the list of all classes and click on the red “X” next to the course or choose the course from the Course Requests screen and choose Delete Request at the bottom of the window (or Convert to Alternate). A box will appear asking you to delete the request. Remember to select a bus shuttle option, if appropriate. NOTE: A full schedule requires Session 1, 2, 3, & 4.

When your courses have been selected, click Back at the top of the window. You will see your requested courses there. Courses are labeled as Requests or Alternates. Click on Print at the bottom of the window to obtain a copy of your stu-dent’s course selections for your records. (No parent/guardian signature is required--this is only for reference.) NOTE: There is no save button--all requests listed on the screen are saved in the database.

Repeat steps 2-6 for any other calendars/students.
