Writing with Mr Hogan Next Wednesday we will be welcoming back Mr Hogan to BPS. He will be working with the Kinder to year 2 students on a special writing project. He will be coming each Wednesday for about an hour to work with the students. This project will culminate in a book being produced, with every student taking home a copy. Welcome Mr Vance This week we welcomed Mr Tennyson Vance to Blighty Public School. Mr Vance will be teaching the Kinder to Year 2 class whilst Mrs Conallin is on leave. We hope he enjoys his time here with us and I am sure he will be made to feel welcomed by all. Robotics On Friday Ms Kempton will be returning to work with the Year 3 to 6 on robotics and coding. She will be here from 9:20am to 11:20am for the remainder of the term.

There will be four full days where students will participate in a variety of activities with Mrs Conallin and Mrs Leetham. If you know have a child or know of someone ready to start school in 2020, please contact the school office for an information pack. Finley Show
Finley show is fast approaching and next week is our last chance to construct our school scarecrow before entries are set up next Friday. We still require any donations of clothing to help dress him. We are in search of park ranger clothes (cargo pants, long sleeve shirt, wide brim hat, etc.) and a stuffed dog. Students Plains Wanderer models will also be used for the display.
