School Concert The School Concert is to be held on Tuesday 12th September at 7.00pm at Robert Blackwood Hall Monash University. REMINDER P.F.A Cadbury Chocolate Fundraiser Thank you to all the families that are participating in our Chocolate Drive. Thank you to all the families that have already returned payment and to those that made a donation in lieu of selling chocolates. We would ask that ALL money and unsold chocolates be returned to the school ASAP. If you have returned payment and are able to sell another box please enquire at the office. Once again thank you for your support. Parents & Friends Association Italian Week For the first time in a very long time, Tucker Road celebrated Italian Week (La Settimana Italiana). On Monday morning the Italian Club performed two songs at assembly, a Lamborghini Countach came to visit on Tuesday but the highlight of the week was on Wednesday when the hilarious comedy show called Le Vacanze by La Comica Variety performed for us. The school was abuzz on Thursday with everybody dressed up in Italian colours and cos-tumes. Bravi to everyone for their fantastic effort! Overall it was a fantastico week and it was fun having something different to celebrate. Grazie to every-one who helped make the week possible and a huge grazie to Signora Oro for organising the week. Grazie, Joni D and Alex R – Grade 6 Italian Leaders.

Woolworths Earn & Learn Stickers This year we are again

participating in Woolworths Earn & Learn program. When you shop at Woolworths you will

receive stickers. Bring them to school and place item in the box which you’ll find in the office

foyer. The more stickers we can collect means more educational resources for our school. So

continue shopping and collect all the stickers you can !!

Dear Parents and school community Thank you for the recyclable donations that have been left in our collection bins outside 2J. Many students come at lunchtimes as well as during class STEM or technology sessions to use these materials. Please continue donating boxes, containers and the interesting bits and pieces. The items we are most in need of are wood and wool. Kids love sawing wood and hammering nails. At the moment we have no wood at all. Please see the office if you wish to donate wood directly to tech shed.
