The car is available in 4 different, carefully selected colors with a stainless steel finish.

RELIABILITY IN OPERATION Safety: Automatic sliding doors

equipped with light curtains that provide high level of safety.

Reliable technology: The small drive used in the elevator is economical in energy consumption and is a lot quieter.

Environmentally sound: the new traction media weighs less and is gearless, hence no oil is required for lubrication. This provides higher indoor air quality.

Colors and textures:- Kolkata Ivory, Marina blue, Jipur pink, Dehradun grey.

Mirror:- upon request, half-length mirror of safety glass will be provided on the rear wall.

Space: We have intelligently expanded the car to give larger freedom of movement.

Silence: construction and operation of the elevator were designed specifically for low-noise movement.

Outstanding feature of the 3100 IN is that the elevator requires no machine room. The control unit is installed directly in the door frame.

i. Drive: saves much more space, requires no machine room, stops the car with precision, economical in energy consumption, minimum noise.

ii. Control: access to the control unit is built directly into the standard doorframes. It simplifies elevator installation and provides practical handling.

iii. Doors: equipped with a frequency control device for fast and reliable operation. Landing doors are 2 hrs fire rated providing additional security.

New traction media:

These are a new addition to the 3300 IN’s. They

are much more flexible. They use a much smaller

traction shaft diameter than stainless steel

cables. A design that saves space.

Should the owner be unwilling to upgrade equipment with the requisite safety components, Schindler will normally withdraw its maintenance services and may refrain from taking the responsibility for the maintenance of the installation.
