Case No. 857/2020, U/S- 20(b)(ii)(B)/22(a)/21(b)/27 of the NDPS Act. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as heard the learned Special P.P. (through “Jitsi” enabled virtual court). Vide order dated 15.06.2020 a report was called for from the I.O. of this case and accordingly the Investigating Officer has submitted a report dated 23.06.2020, inter-alia, stating that the silver bangles, ear rings, one pair shoes and belt were not seized in connection with this case and regarding one Micromax mobile handset and one Jio mobile handset, the I.O. has stated that same are not required for the purpose of investigation. Considering the facts and circumstances, the Investigating Officer of this case is directed to handover Jimma of the one Micromax mobile handset and one Jio mobile handset seized in connection with this case to the petitioner Nazrul

Seen the petition Vide No. 908/2020, under

section 457 Cr.P.C., filed by the petitioner Nazrul

Islam Laskar, seeking Jimma of the following

articles: - (1) One Micromax Mobile Handset, (2) One

Jio Mobile Handset, (3) One waist belt, (4) Silver

Bangles and ear rings, (5) One pair of shoes, which

were seized in connection with Nagaon P.S. Case No.

857/2020, U/S- 20(b)(ii)(B)/22(a)/21(b)/27 of the

NDPS Act.

I have heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner as well as heard the learned Special P.P.

connection with this case to the petitioner Nazrul

Islam Laskar on furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/-

each for production of the said mobile, as and when

required, in connection with this case. As regards

other articles, though they are not seized in

connection with this case if they are left at the police

station by the petitioner Nazrul Islam Laskar, same

shall be handed over to him by the I.O.

The petition No. 908/2020 is accordingly

disposed of.
