SUMMERVILLE VILLAGE ANNEXURE C BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS and SCHEDULE of FINISHES This specification is intended to inform the prospective home owners of the specifications of the product to be delivered, to promote an aesthetically pleasing environment and to facilitate low maintenance sustainable development. These specifications are based on longer term considerations to support the home owners association in maintaining the village as a whole in a prime condition to ensure an enjoyable living environment for all the occupants and so compliment the ambiance and setting of Summerville Village. Should any specified material or finish not be readily available at the required time, then the closest readily available alternative product will be used by the Developer. 1 Houses 1.1 Roofs 1.1.1 Style 3 – Tuscan Shape : 17,5º Pitch with hips as per approved drawings. Material : Renown roof tiles or similar (According to plan) Colour : Terracotta or as determined by the Architect. 1.1.2 Rainwater : Gutters 125 mm halfround uPVC.
