Section 4: That the Supervisor and Board of Trustees find as follows:A. That the estimated cash on hand at the beginning of the fiscal year commencing March I, 20 II andterminating February 29, 2012, for Road & Bridge purposes is $401,507.00.B. That an estimation of the cash expected to be received by the Town of Schaumburg during the fiscalyear of March 1, 2011 through February 29, 2012, which includes estimated personal propertyreplacement tax funds, funds received pursuant to tax levies and special tax levies and other income is$467,301.00.C. That the estimated expenditures to be made for the fiscal year commencing March 1, 20 II and endingFebruary 29,2012, for Road & Bridge purposes shall be $570,023.00.C. The estimated unencumbered cash expected to be on hand at the end of the fiscal year ending FebrualY

29,2012 is $298,785.00.Section 5: That the Town Clerk be and is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the form required by

Section 7: That Section I shall be and is a Summary of the annual Appropriation Ordinance of this RoadDistrict, passed by the Board of Trustees as required by law and shall be in full force and effect fi'om and after thisdate.

Section 7: That a certified copy of the final Budget and Appropriation Ordinance must be filed with theCounty Clerk within thirty (30) days after adoption, but not beyond three months after the end of the last fiscal year,and the Ordinance filed with said County Clerk shall be the District's final Budget & Appropriation Ordinance forthe 2011/2012 fiscal year, unless amended by law in writing.
