How to Earn CrEditsYou may earn trip credits by selling Scentsy and Grace Adele product, recruiting new Scentsy and Grace Adele Consultants, and by

promoting in title and having members of your frontline promote in title.

How to QualifyThe qualication period began 1 August 2013, and runs through 31 January 2014. Qualication for the trip is based on the amount ofcredits you earn:

CalCulating CrEdits

H c i c m emce he cee ?Your incentive trip credit totals will show on your automated trip tracker on the home page of your Workstation. Remember, cpromotions are subject to change until commissions are nalised after the eleventh day of the following month.

C e ec e he ?Yes. A new Consultant can earn the trip as long as they have promoted to the title of Certied Consultant at the time the trip ihave achieved enough credits. New Consultants who join between 1 August 2013 and 31 January 2014 will be given start-up cjump-start their trip earnings (see qualications).

C ce e ee m e C he?No. Although this is a wonderful gesture, we cannot allow Consultants to share credits.

If I achieve a new title but I dont maintain the same rank, and I move back up to that rank again during the qualicationi e ce he ceme?No. The advancement credits are calculated based upon title, not rank. For example, if you achieve the title of Director, you wtitle though your rank (the level at which you are paid each month) can change month to month, based on your orders.

If I promote to a new title on 10 August, when promotions become ofcial, will I get credits for that promotion?No, credits are awarded based on activity that occurs during the qualication period. A promotion that became ofcial on 10 Abased on activity that occurred in July.

rECruiting

i e sce C gce aee, i e ce h ec?No, a new recruit must be new to Scentsy Family with a join date on or after 1 August 2013. Enrolling an existing Scentsy ConGrace Adele does not qualify as a new recruit.

To get the credits for a new recruit, does my recruit have to promote to the title of Certied Consultant in the month I rhem?No. To get credits for a new recruit, the recruit must join and promote to the title of Certied Consultant within the qualicatioAugust 2013-31 January 2014).

If I sign up three new Consultants in August, and they promote to the title of Certied during the qualication period, d

18,000 ce?Not necessarily. While your recruits must promote to the title of Certied within the qualication period, the credits you receiveon the month they promote to Certied Consultant, not the month you recruited them.

H i cce ce ec?If one of your new recruits promotes to the title of Certied Consultant in a month, you get 3,500 credits. If you have two new promote to Certied Consultant in the same month, you get 10,000 credits (5,000 each). If you have three new recruits promotConsultant in the same month, you get 18,000 credits (6,000 each). If you have ten new recruits promote to Certied Consultanmonth, you get 60,000 credits (6,000 each).

For example: If you recruit three new Consultants in September and they all promote to Certied Consultant in October, you recrecruiting credits for October. If you recruit three new Consultants in September and they promote to Certied Consultant in dmonths one in October, one in November, and one in December you will receive 3,500 credits for each recruit.

i m che he ?is is an adult-only trip and children will not be allowed to attend. The only exception is infants 12 months or younger who are stillrsing.

e e e - e e e eh ce mee h ?entsy will allow buy-in guests if space permits. These spaces will be available on a rst come, rst served basis. If you earn enough tong a guest, you will not be eligible to buy-in a second guest.

i me h e e?o. Each Consultant will have the opportunity to earn one additional guest. If we have enough space, those who didnt earn the

ditional guest will be allowed to buy-in one guest, space permitting. No one will be allowed to bring more than one guest.

dEfinitions

A new recruit with an enrolment date from 1 August 2013 through 31 January 2014 who is personally enrolled by you during thequalication period and who achieves 1,000 or more points in Personal Retail Volume (PRV) by 31 January 2014.

A new recruit who is sponsored by someone else, but rolls up to you, does not count toward personal recruiting points.

dEfinition of CurrEnt

A Consultant is considered current if they have at least 150 points in Personal Retail Volume (PRV) in one month during a three-consecutive-month period.

The prize awarded is for one Consultant. If sufcient credit is earned, that Consultant will also get to bring one guest (guests must

be 18 years or older and not currently a Scentsy or Grace Adele Consultant). All meals, accommodations, planned activities, airtransportation, and transfers to and from the destination will be included.

If a Consultant and guest have to cancel for ANY reason after theyve registered for the trip, and ights have not been booked,they will receive 300 in product credit in the place of the trip.

If a Consultant and guest have to cancel for ANY reason after theyve registered for the trip, and after ights credits have beengiven, they will keep the ight credit to use as their only conciliation.

Eligibility

The trip is open to current Consultants in Region 2.

The contest qualication period is 1 August 2013-31 January 2014. The deadline for orders to count towards your PersoRetail Volume is 7:59 a.m. on 1 February 2014 (11:59 p.m. (PT) on 31 January 2014). Promotion credits will be nalised wcommissions are run and are subject to change until that time. No exceptions will be made.

Scentsy, B.V., reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change these incentive trip programme details or to modify thequalication period and qualications for any reason Scentsy, B.V. deems reasonably necessary to carry out the legitimatoperation of this incentive trip programme. Scentsy, B.V. further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a pequal or greater value.

You will receive a travel credit for you and your guest (if applicable) after registration to cover the cost of your airfare. M

will be given to those who earn at the time of registration.

For those travelling from outside Region 2, additional airfare costs may apply, which may not be covered by Scentsy.

Travel expenses incurred from your home to the airport are your responsibility.

Rooms are based on double occupancy. Single travellers will be placed with another trip earner.

All personal expenses are the responsibility of the incentive achiever.

If a Consultant achieves the trip qualications but either: a) cannot attend the group trip on the specied dates, or b) doreturn the Trip Registration Form by the announced close date for registration, then the consolation prize is 350/300credit for suggested retail Scentsy products of the Consultants choice. The company will notify trip achievers in April. TrRegistration Forms are due by the announced close date for registration. The Consultant must notify the company via [email protected] if they choose to opt out of the trip, taking the 300 product credit instead.

In the event the number of trip winners exceeds the companys projections, and thus exceeds the block of rooms reserveselected hotels, the company reserves the right to nd comparable accommodations for some trip winners.

This contest is void where prohibited by law. Fraud constitutes disqualication. The company reserves the sole right to dthe winners.

No compensations will be made for any unused portion of the trip.

The incentive trip is not transferable, and no earned or unused credits can be transferred to another Scentsy Consultant

otHEr inCEntivE tErMs

Scentsy, B.V., reserves the right to substitute another trip of equal or higher value than any announced information orprinted collateral.

Scentsy, B.V., reserves the right to audit any information applicable to personal sales, sponsoring, team sales, and promhas the right to disqualify the Consultant from the incentive if tampering, fraud, signicant compliance issues, or bonus boccurred.

All incentive qualications, specication, prizes, and details are subject to change at the discretion of Scentsy, B.V.

All qualication decisions are nal and will be made by Scentsy, B.V.

Any applicable taxes and reporting requirements will be the responsibility of the award recipient.

The purchase of business supplies does not count towards this incentive.

All outstanding balances with Scentsy must be completely paid prior to incentive trip being honoured.

You must be in current and in good standing with Scentsy, B.V., at the time the trip is taken.

If you earn a trip for two and choose not to bring an adult guest, you will have a private room, but no other considerationwill be given.

If a Scentsy business entity earns the trip, the second person in the entity will be considered their guest.
