Scenario planning, also called scenario thinking or scenario analysis, is a strategic planning method

Scenario planning is based on the recognition that many factors may combine in complex ways to create sometimes surprising results (due to non-linear feedback loops).

The method also allows the inclusion of factors that are difficult to formalize or foresee.

It’s specially suitable to analyse solutions for ill-structured problems.

COMPETICE is a tool for the management of elearning projects aimed at all those involved in e-learning and the use of ICT in Higher Education. With this in mind, it not only concerns teachers and teacher trainers but also decision makers, project managers, administrative staff and students themselves.
