    The capacities in the rating chart meet ASME B30.5 requirements, including SAE J987 and SAE J765.

    Ratings in this chart are in tonnes and do not exceed the percentage of tipping specifi ed for this crane by ASME B30.5.

    Capacities included in this chart are the maximum allowable and are based on machine standing level on firm supporting under ideal job conditions. And comply with Australian Standard AS 1418.5 - 2002.

    Capacities are in tonnes and are not more than 75% of minimum tipping loads except the figures shaded areas which are based on strength of material or factors other than stability (tipping).

    Weight of all load blocks, slings, buckets, hoist lines and other load carrying devices beneath the boom point sheaves, is considered part of the main boom load. Do not lift loads in excess of those shown on this chart. Lifting loads in excess of those shown or operation not in accordance with good operating practice can cause tipping, structural damage or catastrophic failure, Where no capacity is shown, operation is not intended or approved.

    WARNING

    This rating chart is invalid if the crane has been modifi ed or altered by use of other than genuine SANY parts as such modifications or alterations may affect its capacity or safe operation.

    OPERATING CONDITIONS: Machine to operate in a level position on a fi rmuniformly supporting surface. Crane operator judgment must be used to allow for dynamic load effects of swinging, hoisting or lowering, travel, wind conditions, as well as adverse operating conditions and physical machine depreciation. Refer to SCC8300 Safety, Operation & Maintenance Manual for operating guidelines.

    MACHINE TRAVEL:Machine to travel on a fi rm, level and uniformly supporting surface and boom within boom angle range shown in capacity chart. Refer to Maximum Allowable Travel Specifi cation chart.

    OPERATING RADIUS: Operating radius is horizontal distance from axis of rotation to center of vertical hoist line or load block.

    BOOM POINT ELEVATION: Boom point elevation is vertical d i s tance f rom ground leve l to centerline of boom point shaft.

    BOOM ANGLE: Boom angle in degree is angle between horizontal and centerline of boom butt and inserts, and is an indication of operating radius. in all cases, operating radius shall govern capacity.

    WIND CONDITIONSWIND CONDITIONS

    No account is taken of the wind force on the load. The user must consider this effect, which can be substantial for loads with large surface areas. In any wind it is strongly recommended that taglines be used to control the load.

    Operation is permitted in steady winds or wind gusts provided capacities are reduced as indicated in the table below.

    No operation is permitted when wind conditions exceed 16 m/s. When this condition exists, the following applies.

    WINDS UP TO 22 m/s : Lower the load block(s) and weight ball(s) to the ground. Orient the boom in-line with the sideframes / crawlers. Set the boom at a 70 degree boom angle.

    WINDS 22 m/s AND ABOVE : Lower the boom to the ground.
