Why this improvement?
Some examples…..
- Lower speeds (1966 no speed regulations…)
- Safety belts in cars mandatory from 1975
for buses except city trafik from 2004
- Harder rules on drink driving
- Higer demands on driver licenses
- Better roads (ex. 2+1 lane separeted)

roads there need to be:
- Better educated drivers (and others…)
- Improved regulations (like safety belts and
speed limits - which are enforced….)
- Improved infrastructure
