Pricing : Our platform is self-maintained by the client and we charge based on:

·Monthly fee per location that includes up to 100 surveys

·Price is based on volume of surveys submitted

·$250 onetime fee per year per location. Example restaurant has 10 locations they pay an additional $2500 per year fee to set up said location in our system.

·In house 24/7 administration and entry of data is available at an additional charge.

·ScanNation® offers additional services such as vanity codes, augmented reality codes, and products that can be used to complement the customer survey platform.
